He is a criminal, an indicted felon and a rapist, not to mention years of grifting and scamming people. New Yorkers have always known he was a fraud. Now, with dementia in full colour, it is time for him to be put in a quiet place: no phone, no golf, no fans, just quiet and meds and big orderlies.
