You're right...Trump essentially is the front man for the Project 2025 interests.

But he is a full-fledged PSYCHOPATH, and those backers let him abuse his power, getting his "revenge", as long as they aren't the targets.

That is sickening. I didn't go into journalism, but I have worked with journalists throughout my life.

I remember Dan Rather giving me and other summer interns in DC from Stanford a tour of what were at the time new studios for CBS. He didn't need to do that, but he took the time.

I have worked on a number of campaigns, for a variety of Democratic candidates, usually as a volunteer while I was working, but occasionally on staff. Once I worked in Bexar County for as presidential candidate. I learned to like venison sausage there.
