1. Sounds like a flimsy justification, the reports I've said are between 2-3 hours after his arrest. That's not "not feeding"

when a prisoner says i am hungry they must feed him
i know it sucks but you dont think an attorney would jump on any mistreatment?
And no, I don't think a lawyer would be able to jump on a prisoner not being fed on demand as mistreatment.
