Later today, the NBA will conduct a coin toss to decide the pre-lottery order for teams with a tiebreaker (See: Trail Blazers at 9th with the Sun/Rockets). The odds will be divided going in, with the remaining set of odds going to the winner of the tie breaker and that will sort out who is 9th/10th.
