Back in the late '80s, Spy magazine dubbed him Donald "Stinky" Trump.

It was because Trump is onomatopic British slang for an audible fart, but it's the sort of nickname he grew into.

They also called him "the short-fingered vulgarian".

I helped care for my grandparents in their final years. There is definitely an odor, but proper care significantly lessens it. Sounds like trump is being cared for properly. Maybe we should try suing his kids for elder abuse?
