USA Fed Govt pays $4,500 per head for healthcare, for that most Americans get almost nothing (£3500)
The UK government pays £2800 per head for the NHS, and for that we get almost everything.

I cannot drive myself & so my husband must be home to care for me & drive me as there is no family around to help
