'... a group of North Korean soldiers opened fire on members of the Chechen Akhmat unit fighting for Russia, HUR reported via its official Telegram channel. The attack allegedly killed eight Russian soldiers ... result of the language barrier ... a "difficult obstacle" on the battlefield.'
"We have seen hundreds of (North Korean troops) on the battlefield already, and we are successfully fighting them as we are fighting with the Russians," Markarova said. "We see them now in Kursk Oblast only, and our brave defenders were not only able to kill a lot of them, but also keep positions."
Disgusting that allies are allowed to send troops to help Russia but allies are forbidden to send troops to Ukraine. I think the UK & Fr should send them b/c Putin would do nothing b/c they are NATO & they have nuclear weapons.
Lots of posts here about sending allied troops to Ukraine in response - remember, Putin is being 'clever' here. These NK troops are fighting in RUSSIA not Ukraine. If NK troops were in Ukraine, it would be a stronger argument.
