Yeah, this appears to be him. He seems like a greedy person with loose morals. Hopefully this taught him a lesson and he changed his ways and he’s not an actual, irredeemable criminal.

The CEO is named Bert Vergez. Apparently the drink was created and founded by a team of scientists in Germany working on something to support diabetics. It has no Taurene, Caffeine or sugar. It worked so well they turned it into an energy drink for the market…
