It's always baffled me that care is seen as "low skilled" or even easy work.

Chris Philp (Cons) suggesting we get the 5 million ‘economically inactive’ people into care work. Apparently it only takes a few weeks to train them up.

Dear lord, he really has no idea the level of skill required to do care work.
