Why Lynch is even the acting ranking member of oversight baffles me. It’s like they go whoever is the oldest, gets the job. Never even heard of this guy. Had to look him up.
That’s exactly what they do. Committee leadership is based on seniority for the Dems. The GOP’s term limits is a much better strategy as it keeps the elderly from dominating the leadership.
