I think we are the only country who says colonoscopy is necessary every 5 years. Other countries use fecal testing. Which people are more prone to do, even yearly. It’s non-invasive. In hospice, we see advanced colon CA even in patients who had colonoscopies. Do a fecal test yearly. Seems smarter.
