It is only socialism when someone with a D behind their name does it. Setting the market so that all the pensioners lose their lifelong savings while the Republican donors get richer and the labor market wages shrink is socialism in reverse.

Refuse to buy overtaxed items. Do without, Substitute, Consume less, Delay purchases, & hang onto your money until better times return.
Buy used things at garage sales & thrift shops.
You don’t pay the tariff tax unless you buy things.
So don’t.

Counterpoint: for everyone who supported Harris' proposal to implement price controls, why aren't you happy about this other than the fact that Trump did it?

I hate Trump, but it's weird to see so many people who would support the policy under a Democrat suddenly oppose it.
