okay his name is Kowal instead of Cowal like in 0079 but I'm pretty sure it's the same character and the name just changed because of the translation, in japanese they're both コワル

I didn't either, it's such a minor character even compared with the other "villain of the week" types in 0079, I'm just impressed that he of all people got in, I wouldn't have noticed if @challiabull.bsky.social hadn't made a post about it

I immediately thought of this scene from 0080 and didn't even make the character connection. Probably cuz of the art style. He's pretty much just "man" (glasses variant).
