For the most part, the 5th and 4th are holding. Most of the time when confronted ICE melts away. They don’t have the resources to tie up agents for hours engaged in a conflict or waiting for a target to leave the home.

For everyone saying this doesn't matter because ICE doesn't follow the law:

Knowing your rights is an important and effective first step. Establishing a neighborhood watch/patrol is next. Then work on getting access to resources, like ImmDef or Al Otto Lado…
But do something. Anything. Just buy a bullhorn so you can go up and down the streets warning your neighbors.
