My instinct has turned from slapping my phone buttons to turn the alarm off to yelling as loudly as possible “SIRI, SNOOOOOZE”

Don't know about getting to sleep; but for waking up, you just need to practice getting out of bed as soon as you wake up. It will feel like shit the first 2 or so months, but after that your brain adjusts to it slowly and after a year, you are waking up on your own even when you forgot your alarm

Okay but jokes aside, there is a correlation between how long you need to get out of bed and how long you need to fall asleep.
If you get out fast enough a few days in a row, your body is more likely to be tricked into "Oh I have time to sleep right now. Better make the most of it." in the evening
