A person hospitalized with measles in Texas has died, the first measles death in an outbreak that has infected more than 120 people.

Too bad there isn't a way to keep this from happenings. Something simple, that could be used en-mass, and only needed to be used once.

A child who had no control over whether or not to protect themselves. The parents were negligent.
