History isn't gonna look on them kindly either, especially not since they're part of the press, and they didn't even put up a fight.
The gist was: This is an open-and-shut case. CBS would totally win it. They're not fighting it because of threats from Trump's FCC. If CBS won't take a stand here, when it's easy, it only gets worse from here. This is capitulation. This leads to disaster for all.
Trump won't be alive forever, but the memory of how they handle this will.
That behavior is reinforced everytime those whom he is suing "settles" the case.
It makes him thirst for more.
STOP THE SETTLEMENTS. STAND UP TO THE TYRANNY.
