Because, y'know... everyone should want to hear from people who describe themselves as entrepreneurs. They're famously very insightful and not at all tedious to listen to.

They went with Kermit because Jim Henson, the little known puppeteer who this may surprise her to learn was the fellow who created Kermit, was a UofM alum. The selection of Kermit was honoring that obscure entrepreneur 35 years after his death.

smh I think she really needs to rewatch one of the Muppet movies or shows. Also by her own arguments about entrepreneurs and inspiring students, Kermit is that in spades...or in that case green and in a robe. And the whole message about keeping in touch w/ Peoples is a good message.
