I hate this

I have been waiting for 3 fucking hours at the lisbon airport and they still haven’t taken our bags

On top of that, my flight keeps on getting delayed (and probably cancelled)

I’m pretty sure they know there is no plane but they keep delaying the flight so they don’t have to refund us
