I was in Mexico in late 2022. There were no electric cars in Puerto Vallarta.

Was there a couple weeks ago and there suddenly were electric cars. BYD was most common (Build Your Dream.....who knew? Also: 🤮. This motto was on the trunk of one of the cars I saw.)
