Instead he amends bills to avoid unintended consequences. He’s clearly read the constitution and understood it, the senate is a house of review, not a house to formulate the legislative agenda. We need more Pococks. 2/2

Agree, however he did vote for the most convoluted bill ever to pass our Senate, the Vape Reform. 1000s of businesses closed overnight that hadn't sold one disposable. The black market thrives to this day; most chemists understandably turned their back's on the pantomime.
