We did not. Partner says it's likely because she pays the bill through our bank and not through their process. Or maybe we were just lucky.

I also pay through the bank, and still got a letter. I wonder if the breach happened before you were customers?

I pay through the bank and still got a letter. So you either got lucky or your letter was lost in the mail.
