My advice is to try and redirect thoughts. It's a bit of cognitive behavior therapy, having those thoughts just... isn't healthy so we need to redirect them. Doesn't have to be fancy, could just be thinking of the lyrics of a song or forcibly moving to a more pleasant topic.
I'll randomly hear an inner voice tell myself, "Nobody likes you," even though intellectually I know, most people just don't even care, I doubt I register to the level of dislike except for a few people. For most anyone else I'd just be an afterthought, but still, the voice sounds off almost daily.
