Yep, motivating (or how to) is often on my mind. I’m super conflict-averse, and a bit old school in seeing who you vote for as private (Aust’s would generally not ask out of politeness) … but this ppl to ppl non-engagement feels unsustainable with such high stakes. But how to do well?
Talk with people you are comfortable with. Feel out others & carefully engage. Try to make them understand what is at stake. Know the facts. Try never to cherry pick or inflate info. Truth can stand on it own it just needs to be placed in front of someone interested/ open to an honest discussion
Exactly the same in Australia, Opposition Leader just announced a minister would be appointed for gov efficiency, but fled press conference when journo asked won’t that duplicate the minister or committee re gov waste? Pathetic.
