Today’s Irish Times had a report where they followed a candidate around and, there too, it was 2nd only to housing as the issue brought up.

HSE estimates that 20,000+ Assessments of Need are due for completion by the end of 2024 (see letter in link). I just edited an article from the Ombudsman for Children about this.

Moreover, all the beads are hidden from parents who have no idea what to do or where to go to do it at every step of the process.
Mine missed out on the free primary lunches but after seeing the Food Dudes waste over the years not surprised it’s poorly run
