I'm in Seattle! Around Capital Hill, to be exact. Can someone explain all the neat dance moves on the sidewalks on Broadway? Is it all of East Broadway or is it all of Broadway in general? Who decided to do this? I certainly can't follow the instructions but I am fascinated!
