No surprise that the OSDE Board rubberstamped these controversial rules. (No board member has cast a vote opposite the superintendent since he took office two years ago.)

But we shouldn't have to put teachers, administrators, and school board members in that position in the first place. Every child deserves a right to an education in this country.
The rule says, "Nothing in this Section shall be construed to prohibit... any child from receiving the education they are entitled to receive..."
I think parents should Just Say Nah.
