i can't MAKE you go to sleep but i can do one thing.

suggest it strongly from afar. sleep is so nice! a good 8 hours is like magic for the brain

i can't remember the last time i got 8 lol

it's the best!!!! okay. closed curtains. water during the day. sleep alarm 30 minutes before bed. i demand it

oh and! access to tums for the adult heartburn. melatonin for rest. phone away 30 mins before bed. that's an order

lol, i haven't even averaged over 6 hours for the past month
