Bird flu is coming and it's going to be *bad.* let's not forget, the other developed countries are all vaccinating their chicken flocks, but we're just letting everything suffer and die here :)
1. No virus we have ever seen has steadily marched through so many mammalian species at such an alarming pace.
2. Our minimal efforts to adequately perform surveillance in high risk groups are stymied by current masked men snatch& grab immigration policies. Poultry/dairy workers afraid to cooperate
3. Unlike Covid, I don’t envision RFK Jr pre purchasing vaccine during Phase III trials to ramp up production,
4. I predict reduction in Seasonal influenza vaccination rates in fall because compromised CDC will not continue aggressive outreach/education.
