Windsor does deserve high-speed rail. I do think that Toronto-Ottawa-Montreal should be built first, then the Windsor and Quebec City extensions after.

The only way this makes sense is if there is a plan to double the population there to match the other major stations along the line…right now Hamilton, Niagara, London and Waterloo make a lot more sense…peterborough is the only outlier on the entire route with a very small population…
