Agreed. But pragmatically EU REACH would always be the standard to achieve, with UK REACH being additional cost for no benefit. UK R won't drive international material compliance in the same way as EU R. The market isn't there. Unless there is alignment, EU R wins. None of my customers ask for UK R.
