He has said it several times in several ways.
Yet a huge chunk of them refuse to believe their own eyes and ears and just keep voting for him and supporting him.

As a veteran being told I'm waste, fraud, or abuse is not doing wonders for my self esteem. I would call the VA help line if they hadn't fired all staffers.
