True, but if Trump and simps cut off supplies to Ukraine and that results in significant Russian gains, it will cause political issues for him here. Even his own parties politicians overall supports UA.

Um, I don't really look at that side because the Russians (Republicans) are introducing anarchy, dictatorship in the USA, and there is almost no resistance.
The best example is that one Graham, he turned to the Russian side when necessary. Important t people do not die, without weapons they're dead.

Because otherwise Russia and the US will make a big deal about claiming Ukraine don't want peace.

Ukraine have to been seen to be doing everything possible - even if it's unlikely to achieve anything concrete.

It will increase support from other countries, though, plus Putin has no excuses left.
