Boston. I hate the Bruins, but seeing playoff games there and witnessing the effect of an arena of die hard fans was surreal. The breeze from the rally flags was powerful, the vibrations from the screaming were all around, and I left the game with chills even though my team got eliminated.
How did no one mention Lenovo? If you're talking about a crazy engaged crowd and a good building, it's top 10 easily. (I've been to Canes gms vs LAK, ANA, MTL, TOR, VGK, BUF, COL).
Montreal is fantastic, tho the building, esply the concourse, really need a refresh.
Tough question. I've been to 21 of 32 so far (5 of the 7 in Canada.) Many are pretty decent. My top 3 are:
1. Climate Pledge Arena (SEA)
2. T-Mobile Arena (VGK)
3. SAP Center (SJS)
Honorable mentions: Rogers Place (EDM) & Rogers Arena (VAN)
BTW, MSG is home base for me. Great history and legacy, but after seeing 20 others, MSG is starting to show it's age, even with the 2013 renovations. I felt the new bridges diminished the crowd energy there. My season seat is behind one of them.
