Yes. The St George Ribbon was only a minor award in the War Against Fascism. It is better known as an Imperial Russian award before the Oct. Revolution, as a White Russian Award, a Russian/Nazi Collaborationist Award and then it's resurrection as a New Russian Imperialist Award under Putin.
