We really need our elected officials to stay in their lanes & take responsibility for their failures & successes. Housing is a Provincial & Municipal responsibility that almost every Province is failing at. Healthcare is also a Provincial failing.
As for the international trade missions by Provinces. I simply see most problems we face are from Provinces not focusing on their responsibilities. Which has the Federal Government using their resources to fill gaps.
The trade thing - The fed is responsible for trade but for too long provinces out west felt Ottawa did not have their best interests at heart and negotiated against their interests in some cases
For a country that is upset with US free trade being attacked, you’d think we would have free trade from coast to coast to coast
The laziness of it pisses me off
The federal govt should say if you want free trade w/ the US you have to trade freely w/ each other first
Lucky if you can b/c it’s the best
My kids don’t share their catch with me - probably b/c I don’t like to cook
Most Canadians can’t make that trek
