We face sanctions if we sell to 🇨🇳 then. The Churchill port is easily defendable & we can shut one pipe off & go the other way in war.
Yes but that was when there was trade barriers & federal approval required for each step of a project combined with indigenous/environmental groups lobbying against it. Carney is allowing the provinces to decide on mega projects without federal approval which will greatly cut the red tape & time.
