A woman in the UK got constructively dismissed for comparing her experience of racism with her colleagues' experience of transphobia. She won her tribunal, but only because her workplace didn't follow a fair procedure. Her comments were still considered offensive and wrong.

Like, yeah, some people can remain stuck in their detestable ideals all they want.....but no one is obligated to tolerate/nor deal with said people who choose to remain that way, nor coddle and enable their bs along the way.
It's a social construct which allows people co-exist who disagree on whether pineapple belongs with other pizza toppings.
They never chose to be tolerant. Only to pretend to be.
Tolerance only works if its mutual.
