The whole area of Kola peninsula and around, is 100% exploited for military damage and nature robbing. And some jails. Poor people once forcedmoved to there from Stalin's colonies. Could be a fantastic place, also with human collabs with northern 🇫🇮🇳🇴🇸🇪 if Z🇷🇺 knew what collabs is. Check Google Earth.

Murmansk oblast contains a huge array of military bases, not only Severomorsk. The 200th motorized rifle regiment based in Petsamo (former Finnish territory) has been active in Russia's war on Ukraine since 2014
