An often-heated, eventually productive approval of the Portland budget. A lot of things that I actually approve of, like trimming the overfed PPB and funding the Parks department… For a new city government, it looks like it’s behaving civilized.

I understand people that need or want the alt stuff. No problem; my pictures are set to force it before posting. Now for my next trick, I’d really people to stop putting manuals and instructions on YouTube? Even transcriptions are difficult at best for some people with things like aphasia. Kkthxbai
