It’s rare I deal with depression, but I’m being hit pretty hard yesterday and today with PTSD and the side-effect as I power through it on my ADHD meds is mildly crippling depression. If you can spare a prayer, a good vibe, a neat Doctor Who or Star Trek meme, that would be really appreciated.

Opinion: Ncuti Gatwa was fired from Doctor Who by the BBC for protesting genocide at Eurovision. The production scrambled to do rewrites and reshoots to save the show and save face with Gatwa. However, there’s only so much that can be done with 20 minutes to tie up a now-missing third Gatwa season.

My kids are EXCITEDLY discussing the Rani. I’m going to gauge the success of the finale on them. Because if Doctor Who is landing for my children and Emalie, who have little connection to Classic Who, then that’s a huge win! I, an oldhead Whovian, may not be the best judge of new new Who.

There’s not a single bad actor in this cast. I love every performance here! If this Doctor Who finale falters, it will not be at the hand of these wonderful actors. The scene with a whole ensemble of disabled actors is especially moving.

Wish World was quite nothing, except for maybe perhaps a really great villain reveal and the return of a season 1 friend. Archie Panjabi absolutely chewed through her scenes, she makes a fantastic time lady. But otherwise, it was mostly aesthetics and kind of underwhelming. #DoctorWho 1/2
