I got really lucky and had a great dad. He was kind, thoughtful, and always helped others when he could. He fought a health battle most of his life and couldn’t work, so he volunteered a lot, and later, worked as a cab driver. When he died people lined up around the block to pay their respects.

The best part about this trip down to help mom with buying a car and dealing with insurance is that I got her into #Murderbot and now she’s excited to get home to watch today’s episode. “But we only get one and I bet they’ll end it on another cliffhanger! I hate that!” I love my mom.
