The fact that Imane Khelif was identified at birth as female, raised female and was physiologically understood to be female right up until someone DNA tested her 2 years ago proves that the entire concept of biological sex is a moving goal post based on what authorities want to change it to.

Literally the only reason there is a question regarding Imane Khelif being a woman is because a previously-disgraced boxing organization that got in trouble for favoring Russian boxers sent SOMEONE’S DNA to a lab and got it tested, and claimed it was Khelif’s, after she humiliated Russia.
