Nelson Semedo has been a model pro at Wolves. It seems he's played his last game for us, which is a shame, but it now gives Pedro Lima an opportunity to make the right back position his own. He's inexperienced, though, so we'll still need to buy another right back…

36 years ago today: Steve Bull comes on as sub for England at Hampden Park. Gets one sniff of goal. Rifles it in the bottom corner. Lethal. Absolutely lethal.

It was all building to this massive, hopefully entertaining (and helpful?) piece: The 92 things I learned from visiting every Football League club in a season inews.co.uk/sport/footba...

We all knew Cunha would leave, but it remains to be seen which other players may also go. I just hope Vitor is backed going forward, and we hold on to the majority of the squad...

RIP Gary Pierce. To say he was instrumental in us winning the 1974 League Cup would be an understatement. He was absolutely superb that day. www.wolves.co.uk/news/club/20...

Palace will be buoyed by their cup win, so it's going to be a tough game. I'd like to think they all partied hard, but I think footballers are more professional these days. Anyway, it should be a good game…

In a ruin bar in Budapest. Beer is so cheap that I'm ruined on 20 quid....

I'm enjoying my first day in Budapest. I am currently enjoying a 6% milk stout, which cost £2.50. I probably didn't have any grey hair the last time I bought a pint so cheaply...

The game today was disappointing. Cunha was pretty anonymous, and we missed Strand Larsen badly. Hopefully we can win the final two games and take the winning mentality into next season…

What a game!

I'm hoping Semedo signs on for another year. He's an excellent defender, and the fewer players leave, the better. I'm sure Cunha and Sarabia will go and Traore as well because he's not even making the bench these days. Invest some of that money in replacements and next year could be very exciting…

We had the chances to get something from that game, but we didn't quite have the finish tonight. We missed Strand Larsen's presence up top. Hopefully he'll be back for the Brighton game…

The only time we have won seven games in a row in the top flight was in the 1946/47 season, according to my Tony Matthews book. Let's hope we can do it tonight!

Ait Nouri gets my man of the match for the goal and the assist. Gomes and Agbadou were also excellent...

Four wins on the bounce in the top flight for the first time since 1972. We need to get Vitor on a longer contract! Up the Wolves!

I'm looking forward to the game later. I'm expecting a few goals today, hopefully in our favour. Spurs are on the list of clubs I don't like very much (Chivers), together with West Brom, notlob, Crystal Palace, Arsenal, Watford, Burnley and Coventry, to name just a few…

That was an excellent second half from Wolves. We really dug in and got a deserved win. I think a few beers are in order! Up the Wolves!

While I won't fully relax until it's mathematically impossible to go down, a win today would calm the nerves a bit. Ipswich will know that if they lose today, it's nearly over for them. Should be a tasty affair…

I've always loved The Doors, and Val Kilmer was absolutely superb as Jim Morrison. Sad news that he's passed away. RIP. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Not a great game, but we got another three points, which is all that mattered. We've also shown over the last few games that we can cope without Cunha. Pereira deserves a lot of credit for this and seems to be getting the best from our players. Bring on the tractor boys…

It's not a great watch, but it's all about the result today. Good to see Strand Larsen score after his recent barren run. Great cross from Bellegarde as well...

A chance tomorrow to put some clear daylight between us and the bottom three. I'd obviously be more optimistic if Cunha were available, but Southampton are very poor, so hopefully we'll have enough to get a win…

A good point in the end. It wasn't a game with many chances, but it was a solid team performance. On to the Saints…

Cunha has such a flashy temperament. A genius usually, but an absolute fool sometimes. We're going to miss him badly…

Cunha is now out for some absolutely vital games. Let's hope we win this so it's one less league match he misses...

Fucks sake. We really didn't need that...

Lucky to still be in this game. We need to improve in the second half, for sure...
