I SHOULD say about once every few days for the next few weeks I’m gonna show how things are progressing. It’s been about 5 days and I noticed that hip fat is really starting to shrink now. Bottom layer of abs are getting a bit more clear cut. 2-3 more weeks of this and I should be like doubly cut ^^

Day 23 of cut. A little over 3 weeks in. 3 more weeks to go. Body fat percentage guess - 10-12%

Back from a run

Day 19 of cut. Now the changes are happening faster. I’m getting to the point where pictures are probably going to be flooding in more frequently XP Body fat percentage guess - 12-14%

Day 17 of cut. I’ve got about 6 more weeks of dieting to go. I expect another 10-18 lbs that I’ll lose within that timeframe. Gonna see big changes in the next few weeks I’m super excited.

Strange experiences with having a fit body. Not really a big deal. But an observation nonetheless

First sunburn of the year slowly starting to show up

Starting cut today. Intake -700 cal deficit. Bumping up energy expend. to 600. So total deficit 1000 kCals Probably - a few lbs for these first 2 weeks Then, likely a fat loss of 1.5-2 lbs per week for a few weeks. By around June, I’ll need to cut out another 500-1000 calories

Only did like a 20 min fursuit partial workout and I’m actually dripping. I should probably not do too many fursuit workouts or I’m going to destroy that suit XD

Oh July me. I can't wait to start leaning out and doing cardio again. So far it's been a successful bulk. I'm 20 Ibs heavier than when this pic was taken. Duct tape dummy for the rest of my fursuit should be done pretty soon.

Dude I am struggling to eat in the mornings now. I think I’m gonna have to shift more of my calorie intake towards the end of the day. I wake up and I’m full before I’ve started eating. Yuck. 3,400 calories and counting. The fact that I still have some visible abs is insane to me

Biggest complaint about the RP Hypertrophy app. No room for schedule flexibility. I am chronically behind one day from taking a rest day because of last weeks spinal injection. Also doesn’t allow for switching days if you’re still sore from last week. Also doesn’t allow deleting exercise from meso
