It's been like 4 and a half years but finally, The Mandalorian can have something that looks like the beskar spear in Fortnite. Gambit's staff was a decent replacment but just not close enough. This'll do.

Tattoo fest was alright. Got a fair few business cards of artists that are relatively nearby whose styles and designs I liked. Been wanting to get a particular one for years now (Materia slots on forearm) so this might happen now. This pin badge was also a worthwhile purchase.

In my near 30 years of living in Yeovil, I've been to the football ground like 3 times. Yet here I am for the 4th time, at a tattoo fest with a pint of cider at 12pm. Not sure which is weirder - day drinking or me being at a football arena.

Managed to get Metallica tickets for me, my dad and my sister and I'm now wondering if I can claim it's their respective birthday presents. At the very least, it's Fathers Day 2026 sorted.

Attempt to go for a woodland walk around a reservoir about half an hour away was not without its problems. Got stung by a stinging nettle AND pulled my hamstring going of a stile within the first 5 minutes. Saw this squirrel making life way more complicated than it needed to though.

Went to a car boot sale for the first time in a few years. Maybe it's the rose tinted glasses but I remember them being a lot better. I know it depends on the sellers but those halcyon days of seeing Megazords/Transformers for a few quid seem to be gone. Luckily, there was a slight redemption.

It is *checks watch* just over 6 hours since I've been on my weeks holiday. In that time, I have lost 6 games of pool - split equally between solo and duo - and called one of the cats a "punk bitch" as it escaped the room it was supposed to be in. Starting as I mean to go on.

I do have to wonder who at Epic thought a Darth Vader AI in Fortnite would be a good idea. It has backfired immensely. Disney are not likely to happy. Vader is a bad guy after all but him chucking out slurs is a whole other level.

Somewhat successful Pokémon Go stroll whilst on my lunch break. Shiny Beedrill and my first Shundo in the form of Shiny King Nidoking. Seems a bit excessive on that front. Any one of those would be fine on its own. #PokémonGo

Now, I'm not going to weigh in on "Andor Season 2 is the best Star Wars thing" debate...BUT the best character from both seasons got a happy ending. A rarity in Star Wars. That's all that matters. I'd have given the show a 0/10 otherwise. Was worried after Cassian ditched them early on.
