I’ve started this thing where if I hold a door for someone I also say to them…there’s no rush…so they don’t feel they have to run to relieve me of my door duty. I think we should normalize this.

I’m still in Singapore. Yes we expected to be in Italy, but awaiting my visa 56 days in. My wife’s investor visa is done and approved so mine should be straight forward, but alas…living in hotel rooms with 2 dogs awaiting the local Prefetture and Questure to complete it. Sigh.

When I was in 6th grade, my ADHD finally caught up with me once homework became a thing. I started to daydream more and fall behind. The schools solution to this, since back then we were “smart but doesn’t apply oneself” was to put my desk in the hallway for fewer distractions.

Hey let’s clear something up regarding AI replacing white collar workers, like in law. I’m in the process of bringing a case and I can tell you, while AI can be useful for organizing thoughts, it’s trash at the actual law. AI doesn’t have the nuance to understand the diff between law & execution.
