The curry was great. However, could have made a similar curry in under an hour. Probably best to use this when I won’t have time to cook proper when I get home. Can prep the night before and start the cook when I go out.

This morning, my grandmother passed away peacefully in hospice. We were close, and she taught me to be kind to those around me - even if you don't know them. So today, I ask folks to talk to a family member and tell them you love them - and to show kindness to one person. Both will make their day.
