This is a brilliant thing!

I’ve always had trans mates since the early 90s, when I was in the first lived experience pilot. It was seen as a threat, and we were utterly loathed, with the whole hospital waiting for us to break down (which, of course, happened). A trans nurse became our one ally. Difference supports difference.
