Maybe we can work on something.

The drop in chance creation came out of nowhere this year. Still an elite playmaker in there but he has been more in that “very good” range than the special talent from his rookie season.

For a defenseman in his mid-40's that's not too bad.

So I was offline and Tomas Hertl was a Hurricane for a half hour.

See the resemblance?

New A3Z: Stanley Cup Final Recap - Florida flipping the series in Game 5 - McDavid's shots & setups throughout the series - The dominance of FLA's forwards - Lundell potentially replacing Bennett next year. - Closing thoughts on the season allthreezones.substack.com/p/the-final-...

Damn, the Ducks were just like "someone else is paying for this shit" with Zegras' next deal.

Sporting goods store has seen better days.

If you want an old shirsey here’s what I found: Part 1

Making a “move, sell or donate” pile. There’s no way I’ll get more than $3 for this.

Burakovsky's a weird case of the team creating scoring chances when he carries the puck in while not generating much himself. He played with some of the better offensive guys on Seattle (McCann, Bjorkstrand), so I guess that could be it.

Nobody told me there’s Orville Peck music in Kiff.

OKC is one of the few teams with a shade of blue you see out of a crayon box.

Seattle's remaining forwards looks like an army of Safari Zone encounters. Guess Marchment fits somewhere in there. A ton of guys on one-year deals & they can start somewhat fresh after next season if they want to.

I do love the post-buyout players like Duchene where they can have career years and it has little to no impact on their next contract.

Go birds

Hi Tuomo

I can’t believe how competitive the first two games of this series were after watching that.

McDavid might legitimately destroy the visitors locker room after that.

New A3Z - Teeing up Game 6 with a look back at FLA's dominant Game 5 performance. - Edmonton's breakouts bleeding into their good players. - Oilers desperate for any 5v5 offense. - The Lundell line's two-way dominance this series. allthreezones.substack.com/p/game-5-qui...

I picked up Shield for the first time in maybe five years and I don’t want to admit how long it took to find this guy.

Marchand leads all players in 5v5 scoring chance contributions this series.

Game 5 Statcap: Total domination by the Panthers in all phases. Marchand led the way with the flashy offense & Barkov's line crushed their own matchup. Nowhere to go but up after this one for the Oilers.

Wasn’t into the new MLIW song but it does have me going down memory lane of some of my favorite hardcore bands.

Game 4 Statcap - Oilers finally lead 5v5 chances with some small wins across the board adding up. Great games from Podkolzin & RNH. - Tkachuk's best game of the series, two PPGs and three chance setups. - Still not a lot of rush offense for either team but EDM made their limited ones count.

I love that Ekholm block on Tkachuk because he barely had to move to get a leg on it even though Pickard left the net open.

Respect to the Florida fan in the front row with the red Olli Jokinen jersey.

Draisaitl is the best hockey player who constantly looks like he’s just figuring shit out as he goes along.
